1.1 - To reserve a van with Bataan Van Services, a down payment is required. This down payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

2.1 - The down payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable and will not be returned to the customer.
2.2 - In the event of cancellation by Bataan Van Services due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical issues or force majeure, a full refund of the down payment will be provided to the customer.
3.1 - It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information provided at the time of inquiry and booking is accurate and complete. This includes, but is not limited to, the date, time, and location of pick-up and drop-off.
3.2 - The customer is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all passengers during the van rental period. Any damage caused to the van or its contents by the customer or passengers will be the customer's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
4.1 - The van provided by Bataan Van Services is to be used for the purposes agreed upon during booking. Any unauthorized use of the van is strictly prohibited.
4.2 - Smoking and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are not allowed in the van.
4.3 - The maximum passenger capacity of the van must not be exceeded, as specified during booking.
5.1 - Bataan Van Services shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred by the customer or passengers during the rental period.
5.2 - The customer is advised to secure their personal belongings. Bataan Van Services will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
6.1 - Bataan Van Services reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of their booking.
